The coffee is USDA organic and roasted in Italy. Espresso Marble Cake- 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp Dutch press cocoa powder 1 tbsp Espresso @botticellifoods 2 tbsp hot water 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2. To a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. Add vanilla, milk and butter and mix. 3. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix until well combined. 4. Divide the batter to two different bowls. 5. To a small glass, mix espresso powder with hot water. 6. To one of the cake batter add the espresso mixture and cocoa powder and mix until well combined. 7. Add the plain batter to the pan first, then top it with the espresso cocoa batter mixture. 8. Using a skewer or knife swirl the batter into each other to create a marble effect. Do not overdo it! 9. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Insert a skewer and it should come out clean.
