You’ll need-
Chicken breast or boneless skinless chicken thigh
4 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Zest of 1 lemon and juiced
Salt & black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon olive oil

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.

Yogurt dressing:
Yogurt
Mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Salt & black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cilantro

Wrap-
Lavash or tortilla
Lettuce
Red onion
Tomato
Lemon juice
