Eggnog Cheesecake✨ Holiday season is upon us whi Eggnog Cheesecake✨ Holiday season is upon us which means Eggnog is back! @strausmilk just released their Organic Eggnog, which is available at Whole Foods Market and Sprouts nationwide. It is minimally processed with no gums, thickeners, and artificial ingredients, making it a creamy indulgent holiday treat✨ Ingredients: Graham Crackers Crust✨ 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed (about 12 crackers) 1/2 cup Organic Unsalted Sweet European Style Butter, melted @strausmilk 🧈 1/4 tsp salt Cheesecake Batter✨ 4 8oz cream cheese 1 cup Organic Eggnog @strausmilk 4 eggs 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg Whipped Cream ✨ 1/2 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream @strausmilk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup powdered sugar 3 tbsp Organic Eggnog @strausmilk Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9″ springform pan, line with parchment paper, and set aside. 2. To a food processor add: graham crackers, salt and melted butter. Pulse until crackers are crushed. 3. Pour into the 9″ springform pan, using your hands or a flat cup, press the mixture into the base. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven and let it cool completely. 4. To a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggnog, and nutmeg. 5. Slowly add in one egg at a time, making sure each is fully incorporated before adding the next. 6. Wrap 3-4 layers of foil on the bottom and sides of the pan. This will prevent water from entering the pan once placed in a water bath. 7. Before pouring the batter into your pan, change the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust and bake in a water bath for 65-70 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly when you shake the pan. ✨Continue in the comments! ✨ #strausfamilycreamery #tastethestrausmilk #strausorganic #organicfarming #organiceggnog
