These lemon curd strawberry puff pastry heart tarts are so easy yet delicious! 💞🍋🍓 You’ll need- Lemon curd Strawberries Sliced almonds Puff pastry 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cup the puff pastry with heart shaped cookie cutter and place them on parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes. 3. Add the lemon curd and strawberries and bake for additional 8 minutes until golden! You can make this with short ribs or if you want to keep it affordable, make it with chuck roast beef and it’ll still be great! Recipe- Short ribs or chuck roast beef 1 onion 1 celery stalk 1 carrot 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 cups broth 1 cup red wine Fresh rosemary and thyme 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes Grated Parmesan cheese Pasta Instructions- 1. Season the beef with salt and sear it with 2 tbsp olive oil in a Dutch oven on all sides and remove and set aside. 2. Add onion, carrots, celery and saute until soften. About 3-5 minutes. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 minutes. 4. Add tomato paste and stir. 5. Add wine and bring to simmer. Add broth and diced tomatoes. Add the beef, fresh herbs and cook for 2.5 to 3 hours. 6. Follow @thehealthyishfood for more easy recipes 🫶🏼 happy Sunday friends! ✨ Sunday’s are for delicious cozy recipes so I’m sharing one of my favorites, red wine braised short ribs with creamy mashed potatoes! 🥩🥔 Ingredients- - bone-in short ribs - onion - carrots - celery - garlic - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 2 cups red wine - 2 cups broth - rosemary - thyme - sage - salt & black pepper In a large Dutch oven sear the beef. Make sure to season the beef with salt and pepper. Add carrots, celery and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for additional minute. Add tomato paste and stir. Add red wine and cook for 3-5 minutes or until simmers and you no longer smell the alcohol. Add broth and bring to simmer then add the beef back, top with herbs and transfer to preheat oven at 350 degrees F for 3 to 3.5 hours. Remove the beef, drain the vegetables. Add the liquid back to the pot and simmer until starts to thicken and this will be your sauce.
