Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • raisins and chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and roll in coconut flakes. Place on the tray and transfer to oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
