- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 3 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- raisins and chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and roll in coconut flakes. Place on the tray and transfer to oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
