Banana and Oats Pancakes
Healthy and easy breakfast. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Oil for the pan- I used coconut oil
- maple syrup, raspberries, and walnuts for topping
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Add oil to pan over medium heat and pour the mixture into the pan.
Leave for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Add the toppings and enjoy!
