Double Chocolate Avocado Brownies
Gluten-free and dairy-free healthy avocado brownies. They are fudgy, soft, chewy, and full of deliciousness!

- 1 avocado
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup apple sauce
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- handful of white and semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the avocado to a food processor and process until it's smooth and there are no chunks.
Add the remaining of the ingredients to the food processor and process until everything is well combined.
Add the batter to the baking pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips and bake for 25-30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let it cool before cutting!
