Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo double chocolate banana bread! soft, fluffy, moist, easy, and baked using simple ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripened bananas, mashed (medium size)
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • cup cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper or grease with oil and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mash the two bananas.
  • Add the eggs to the same bowl and whisk until eggs and bananas are well combined.
  • Add almond butter, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, cacao powder, baking powder, and almond flour and mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes or until you insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Let the bread to completely cool, before cutting into slices.
