Healthy Tahini Honey Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
These healthy tahini honey oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are simple yet delicious! They are gluten-free, dairy-free, flour-less, and refined sugar free. They are packed with fiber and healthy fats and only require seven ingredients.

- ½ cup tahini, might need some more
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 ½ cup oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup sliced almonds
- salt
Preheat oven 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, add all of your ingredients and combined everything until they're all mixed well. All ingredients should start to stick together, if they don't, add more tahini slowly.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out dough and form into a balls. It will be sticky so be patient! Place the cookies onto the lined baking sheet and press down with palm of your hand and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle some salt and let them cool before enjoying!
