Nutella Baked Donuts
Soft baked donuts filled with Nutella! You only need one bowl and few basic ingredients for these homemade baked donuts. They're the perfect afternoon dessert or a special breakfast treat!

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract, milk, olive oil and mix until everything is well combined.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Transfer half of the batter in the donut pan. Add the Nutella and top it with the remaining of the batter. This recipe creates 4 donuts! Bake for 10-12 minutes and once baked, let them cool before enjoying!
