Nutella Baked Donuts

Soft baked donuts filled with Nutella! You only need one bowl and few basic ingredients for these homemade baked donuts. They're the perfect afternoon dessert or a special breakfast treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract, milk, olive oil and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
  • Transfer half of the batter in the donut pan. Add the Nutella and top it with the remaining of the batter. This recipe creates 4 donuts! Bake for 10-12 minutes and once baked, let them cool before enjoying!
