Oven Baked Egg Buns

Oven Baked Egg Buns are breakfast and brunch must have! Easy, quick, and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bun, cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • arugula
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
  • Cut the bun in half. Push the middle of each bun until there is a hole. You can also remove some of the bread from inside to make the hole.
  • Add some grated parmesan cheese. Add some arugula. Crack an egg in the middle. Top it off with feta cheese. Bake at preheated 420 degrees F oven for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for additional 3-4 minutes. 
  • Place the buns on baking pan and bake for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for 3-4 minutes or until the egg cooks to your liking .
