- 2 lbs. chicken breast, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Sauce
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 435 degrees F.
Pat dry the chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
In a bowl, crack the egg and toss the chicken into the egg.
In a separate bowl, add breadcrumbs, flour, and all of the seasonings. Add the chicken to this bowl and toss until all of the chicken is covered with the dry ingredients.
Transfer the chicken to a baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and internal temperate reaches 165 degrees F. In the meantime make the sauce! Add the butter to a sauce pan over medium heat and melt the butter until butter starts to turn brown. Remove the butter from heat and add the seasonings and mix.
Drizzle the sauce on the baked chicken and enjoy!
