Ingredients
- ½ baguette
- 8 ounces mascarpone
- fresh berries
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- hot honey
- microgreens for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the baguette and add to baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and transfer to oven for 8-10 minutes. Toast the bread, don't burn them!
- Spread mascarpone, top with fresh berries, drizzle hot honey, top with microgreens and enjoy!
