If you’re like me and enjoy desserts, but want healthier options, then you’ve found your new favorite recipe. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who doesn’t like chocolate chip cookies, but sometimes they can be unhealthy so I have a healthier option for you!

Ingredients for Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Blondies
- Eggs
- Tahini
- Coconut sugar
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Collagen peptide powder
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla extract
- Baking soda
- Dark chocolate chips- I used unsweetened dark chocolate chips, but you can use milk chocolate if you would like!
How To Make the Blondies
- First start by beating the eggs until they are light and fluffy.
- Once the eggs are beaten, add tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix everything until they are well combined.
- Next add the coconut sugar, almond flour, coconut flour, collagen peptide powder, baking soda to the wet ingredients and mix until batter is well combined.
- Fold the dark chocolate chips to the batter. Transfer the batter to a loaf pan or 8×8 pan lined parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

- ½ cup tahini
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
