INGREDIENTS
- Dinner rolls or hamburger buns cut in half
- Eggs
- Arugula or spinach
- Parmesan Cheese
- Feta Cheese
INSTRUCTION
- If you’re using hamburger buns, whole wheat option is a great choice! Cut it in half and push the middle of each bun until there is a hole. You can also remove some of the bread from inside to make the hole.
- Add some grated parmesan cheese.
- Add some arugula.
- Crack an egg in the middle.
- Top it off with feta cheese.
- Bake at preheated 420 degrees F oven for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for additional 3-4 minutes.

- 1 bun, cut in half
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- arugula
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
- Cut the bun in half. Push the middle of each bun until there is a hole. You can also remove some of the bread from inside to make the hole.
- Add some grated parmesan cheese. Add some arugula. Crack an egg in the middle. Top it off with feta cheese. Bake at preheated 420 degrees F oven for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for additional 3-4 minutes.
- Place the buns on baking pan and bake for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for 3-4 minutes or until the egg cooks to your liking .
