Baked Egg Buns

Oven Baked Egg Buns are breakfast and brunch must have! Easy, quick, and healthy breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

  • Dinner rolls or hamburger buns cut in half
  • Eggs
  • Arugula or spinach
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Feta Cheese

INSTRUCTION

  1. If you’re using hamburger buns, whole wheat option is a great choice! Cut it in half and push the middle of each bun until there is a hole. You can also remove some of the bread from inside to make the hole.
  2. Add some grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Add some arugula.
  4. Crack an egg in the middle.
  5. Top it off with feta cheese.
  6. Bake at preheated 420 degrees F oven for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for additional 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bun, cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • arugula
  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
  • Cut the bun in half. Push the middle of each bun until there is a hole. You can also remove some of the bread from inside to make the hole.
  • Add some grated parmesan cheese. Add some arugula. Crack an egg in the middle. Top it off with feta cheese. Bake at preheated 420 degrees F oven for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for additional 3-4 minutes. 
  • Place the buns on baking pan and bake for 5-7 minutes and turn on the broil on high heat for 3-4 minutes or until the egg cooks to your liking .
