Holiday mornings are a great time to bake some french toast casserole. This casserole is easy, soft, and perfect. You can make this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning for your guests. This is perfect for family gatherings and crowd pleasing. I added pumpkin pie spice to keep the fall theme, but you can easily add cinnamon. This is perfect with with a day or two old bread. This will help the bread to soak up the milk and maple syrup. If your bread is not a day-old, you can place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 300F. You’ll want your bread a little dry!
