Fudgy peanut butter blondies! The blondies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo. Soft baked blondies with festive M&Ms for Valentine’s Day is the perfect treat to share with your loved ones! This one-bowl recipe is easy to make.
Blondies are basically brownies, but without the cocoa powder. I would consider them sisters! Blondies are soft and chewy and delicious! You only need few basic ingredients and one bowl for this recipe.
Ingredients you’ll need:
- Almond flour
- Peanut butter- almond butter would work just fine as well.
- Coconut sugar
- Apple sauce
- Vanilla extract
- Baking powder
- Dark chocolate chips- you can use milk or even white chocolate chips. You can also add walnuts or almonds to these blondies.
How to make blondies:
Like I mentioned earlier, you only need one bowl for this recipe.
- Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium size bowl, all of the ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. Once mixed, add the mixed batter to your pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, let them to completely cool before cutting the blondies.
How to store the blondies:
Since these blondies have peanut butter, they will be fudgy and moist, so you do need to refrigerate them once cooled after baking. Make sure to place them in a air-tight container. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can heat them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or enjoy them cold!
