These healthy tahini honey oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are simple yet delicious! They are gluten-free, dairy-free, flour-less, and refined sugar free. They are packed with fiber and healthy fats and only require seven ingredients.
Don’t we all love a healthy cookie! These cookies are absolute perfection and I promise you will love them. They are healthy enough for breakfast and will be great for meal prepping. I shared these cookies with friends and family and everyone loved them. They are also kids approved so if you have kids, don’t miss these cookies!
Ingredients for tahini honey oatmeal cookies
- Tahini: you can also use almond butter, but tahini has a special taste!
- Honey: raw honey is the best but you can also use maple syrup
- Rolled oats: I used gluten-free to keep the recipe gluten-free
- Chocolate chips: I used dark chocolate chips but semi-sweet will also work
- Sliced almonds: walnuts will also work
- Vanilla extract
- Salt: I use sea salt flakes and love them for baking!
Instructions to make the oatmeal cookies
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, add all of your ingredients and combined everything until they’re all mixed well. All ingredients should start to stick together, if they don’t, add more tahini slowly.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out dough and form into a balls. It will be sticky so be patient!
- Place the cookies onto the lined baking sheet and press down with palm of your hand and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool before enjoying!

- 1/2 cup tahini, might need some more
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- salt

- Preheat oven 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, add all of your ingredients and combined everything until they're all mixed well. All ingredients should start to stick together, if they don't, add more tahini slowly.
